All orders under $70 ship via USPS or UPS
USPS Priority transit times vary per state but typically deliver within 1-3 business days. During the busy holiday season USPS may experience delays that are out of my control.
Please expect your larger order to ship via UPS Ground.
International orders ship via DHL Express or Priority Mail international. Please expect a delay with tracking as DHL thoroughly inspects packages prior to moving them through customs.
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. The order ship date does not count as a day in transit. A common misconception is that choosing USPS Priority Mail means your package will ship in two business days. Please note, USPS transit times are not a reflective of my processing time.
Any orders that contain a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review, in which the customer will be contacted. This may delay shipping time.

A refund or replacement may be issued for any missing, incorrect, or damaged items reported within 7 days of purchase.
Due to my commitment to maintaining specific quality standards and the inherent properties of soy wax, I do not accept returns.
In the event that an order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the items, packaging, and labels. Email these images along with the oder number to contact.tftcandleco@gmail.comand kindly allow 24 hours for a response. Should you opt for a replacement, it will be shipped to the original address provided at the time of purchase. Please note that if a package is sent to an incorrect address and returned to sender, customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to reship item(s).
